3. Old Calculators and T- squares.

 You cannot list following Items on the Site

1.counterfeit or stolen.

2. which infringe any third party's intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy

3. Religious Items which is likely to affect the religious sentiments of any person.

4. containing pornographic materials and any objectionable material.

5. Used cellular phone SIM Cards.

  The seaofcampus.com (the Site) is a channel of communication through which users can reach a larger base to buy and sell Items in college campus. seaofcampus is only providing a platform for communication and it is agreed that the contract for sale of Items shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the Seller and the buyer.seaofcampus is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between two Users of the Site.

  seaofcampus is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between Users.seaofcampus shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between Users.

  seaofcampus does not make any warranty of quality and worth of the Items proposed to be sold or purchased on the Site.

  seaofcamopus does not make any warranty of identity of any of its Users. You are advised to independently verify identity of any particular User that you choose to deal with on the Site.

  We use your information as described in the Privacy Policy

  seaofcampus.com may terminate this agreement and terminate your membership at any time without notice for any reason.

  Buying

If you are the purchaser for any Items and your purchase is accepted by the seller, you are obligated to complete the transaction with the seller. Right now we are not providing any platform to exchange money between seller and buyer.It is buyer responsibility to collect the Items from seller and handover the money to him.seaofcampus will not be responsible for any money dispute, or Items quality dispute between buyer and seller.

  Selling

As a registered member, you may list Items for sale on the Site. You must ensure that the listed Items do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of third parties. Listings may only include text descriptions that describe your Items for sale.
Right now we are not providing any platform to exchange money between seller and buyer. It would be seller's personal responsibility to contact the Buyer and sell the Items and collect the money from him.seaofcampus will not contact the buyer and will not be responsible for any money dispute, or Items quality dispute between seller and buyer.
The listing description of the Items must not be misleading. The listing description cannot contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, harmfully interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
